bdt4 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

By accessing, browsing or using the bdt4 platform in any capacity — including creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or simply navigating the website — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of bdt4, including visitors who have not registered an account.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, or if you are not eligible to use the bdt4 platform under the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2, you must immediately cease using the platform and must not register an account. Continued use of bdt4 following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use a bdt4 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. bdt4 reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity) registering in your own name.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or be subject to any exclusion order.
• You must have the legal capacity under the laws applicable to you to enter into a binding agreement with bdt4.

bdt4 does not permit the use of its platform by persons who are acting on behalf of another person, or by persons using accounts funded by a third party's payment instrument without the express consent of that third party. Each registered account belongs exclusively to the individual who registered it.

To access the full features of bdt4, you must register an account by providing a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and creating a secure password. You may hold only one account at bdt4 at any time. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bdt4 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bdt4 support immediately using the email address in the footer of this site.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• You must notify bdt4 promptly of any changes to your registered mobile number or other account details. Failure to maintain accurate details may delay withdrawal processing.
• bdt4 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

bdt4 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and selected local bank accounts including Dutch-Bangla Bank and City Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. All payment transactions must be made from or to accounts held in your own name. bdt4 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the bdt4 payments team. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being handled at the time. bdt4 will make reasonable efforts to process withdrawal requests promptly. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by bdt4's compliance team.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed.
• bdt4 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal. This may include government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership.
• Deposits made in error or amounts deposited beyond intended limits are subject to bdt4's refund policy. Contact support via the footer email address to raise a deposit query.

bdt4 is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing that are caused by the payment service provider (such as bKash, Nagad or a bank) rather than by bdt4's own systems. If you experience a payment delay, contact both bdt4 support and your payment service provider.

bdt4 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses for new registrants, weekly cashback offers, reload bonuses and free spin promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of a particular bonus, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the individual bonus terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. The following general conditions apply to all bdt4 bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• bdt4 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player account prior to cancellation will be honoured subject to these terms.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage, use of automated tools, collusion between accounts, or any other method that bdt4 considers to constitute bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses are credited in the currency of the platform (BDT). Bonus balances and real money balances are tracked separately. Real money is used first for wagering unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the bdt4 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Using the platform while under the age of 21, or permitting a person under 21 to use your account.
• Registering more than one account, or providing false personal or financial information during registration or verification.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate outcomes or circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Using proceeds of criminal activity to fund deposits, or using the bdt4 platform for any money laundering or other financially illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players, sharing accounts, or engaging in any other form of fraudulent play designed to circumvent the platform's game rules or bonus terms.

bdt4 reserves the right to monitor all account activity for the purpose of detecting prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bdt4 may take any action it deems appropriate, including but not limited to account closure, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bdt4 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the bdt4 platform without the prior written consent of bdt4.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdt4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the bdt4 platform, regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory.

bdt4 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service interruptions and events outside bdt4's reasonable control may result in periods of downtime. bdt4 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly following any interruption but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.

bdt4 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these terms, bdt4 will take reasonable steps to notify registered account holders, which may include displaying a notice on the platform or sending a notification to your registered mobile number. Your continued use of the bdt4 platform following the publication of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The current version of these terms is always accessible from the footer of the bdt4 website.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bdt4 operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved by agreement between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
